Big deal

Hi readers.

So Greece has defaulted on its debt! So what!
The banking system didn't cave in and everyone is going about there daily lives as normal.
Stock markets didn't collapse either as the media was predicting.

So what is the real issue here!!!!!

There is a school of have's and have nots.
Debt by countries around the world will never be paid off. That's the facts
When a small country decides to stick it to the system which has been around for centuries, who buckles first?
There can't be another Julius Ceasar who forgives debt and starts again.
This can't be allowed to occur or else everyone will follow Greece. Spain, Italy just to name others.
Therefore the system will allow more time and better terms.
But it can't allow the debt not to be paid.

The communist party in Greece has no friends and nor does it want any!
There leader is young and very energetic, and will hold his word to the people who voted for him.
The one thing this guy has done is he has brought belief back to people even if they are struggling.
Sometimes that's all that is needed to rise from the ashes.

Once again through all this debt crisis, the real issue is China .
Went up 5% yesterday on short covering but is down again 2.5% today.
Keep a keen eye on China.
If China falls so to will the U.S, Germany,Australia,France and Canada.

In commodities

Metals are dead and should fall soon hard.
In grains as we said should trade higher, and they are.
Wheat is the leader and the corn and beans are along for the ride.
Wheat is up 10% in 3 days and should continue trading higher.

In the currency market just stay away for now.
There is no strong astrology affecting any currency at the present time.

read between the lines .

Hi Readers

Let's get a few things straight.
Because the media beat up of bullshit is running thick and fast and will sway many to short when it's a buying opportunity.
I'm in Rhodes island and all the Greek banks got delivered money on the Saturday before the news came out of the shut down.
This is a political ploy to corner the Germans, which as I said before won't work.
Yes the referendum on the weekend will force the government to deal with Europe.
Not confront the Europeans .
Angela Merkel is the most trusted politician in Europe, and Greeks will stick with her.

The concern is China was again down 3%.

My trades
Long dax 10956
Long ASX200 5374
Long ES 2058:50
Long NAS 4409

Refused to buy the Hang SENG  as it can fall another 4000 point very quickly with potential margin calls tomorrow if it opens under 25700.
Please remember this is a short trade out before close tomorrow.
Please not that if Chinese market is down again liquidate immediately.

PS ..brace yourself for the fire sales in property markets around the world if the Chinese trade under 4000 soon

Greece excuse again

Hi Readers

Once again we see the Greek drama playing into the market.
Yet the euro isn't falling away as you would think..I got news for you it won't!
The ECB will protect the Euro at any cost, as is instructed by the Germans and the French.
To the astrologers out there the Sun Jupiter 8 degree trine to the Venus Pluto square, there is no way what's so ever that the euro will be allowed to fall.
This is a buying opportunity of stocks but panic hasn't really set in yet.

Question for you all to think about?

If a country defaults on debt doesn't that mean then that it's people are also allowed to default on debt too????

I see at the present time markets on globex are down a good 1% and in Hong Kong and Australia 2%.
This is reactive news, for you to all digest.
Similar is the panic news from China that they cut rates as the market has fallen 10% in two days.
That's the news that's more important.
I've said it before that the trouble will start in China and spread. Not Europe or the U.S..
China is the ticking time bomb which if it explodes will bring the world economy with it.

In commodities oil should slide back to the lows while gold is as stated before dead money.
Gold in these uncertain times should be running, and it's just drifting down. Need more evidence!
In the grain market keep adding position in wheat, we should see 700 at least by year end.

Please note end of year window dressing tomorrow, so maybe look at a potential buy in the afternoon today with liquidation in the last minute or two tomorrow.
But use your judgement in the markets you trade.

DAX / DOW spread has popped over 6500 worth a look

Hi readers.

Sorry for the delay posting had to move as the MERS virus is going to become very serious so moved to Europe for a good 6 months.
I have read that it's spread to Thailand and China, so media will be very little on coverage of it until it spreads to Japan.
In the markets there has been little doing.
One nice day up and the a dull for a couple of days, then a nice one day drop and a dull again.
Astrologically not much until the 30th for the market where we will see some nice window dressing for financial year end bonuses.
Putting that aside ,the spread on the DAX and the DOW has pushed
out due to the Greeks playing cat and mouse with the Germans.
People Greeks have no cards to play poker, so there in a loose loose situation.
It's has been reported tho that there is some insider trading by Greek ministers partners making millions on the market..You got to love politicians.

Metals not doing much, either is oil.
Grains we might see soon some action, next month ( July)

To the Australian readers be ready for end of next month (July) when your banking sector will start reducing profit forecast, due to sluggish growth..

To the American readers, of all the people Donald has put his hand up for president, are you guys serious.
Guy has files for bankruptcy twice I believe or more.. Great role model.
No idea of foreign policy, he could isolate the U.S.  from its partners once and for all.

Bush came close to that, Obama repaired it and now again going down this path.
I haven't done his astrology yet so will look into it.

The other contender is a family name Bush.
This guy can't win and won't so don't waste your breath on him and your money supporting him.
Sun Pluto at 24 degrees in his 10th house is a ticking time bomb.
If the U.S. rig the election for this guy to get in the US will be in at least 2 or may be even 3 wars in his time as president.

The republicans need to look outside the box not continue recycling candidates.

As I stated before it will be very difficult to defeat Hillary Clinton.
She has grown up a hell of a lot in the last 5 years.
Some people never change and are set in the ways!
This woman has had both her Saturn and her Pluto run through her life and has learnt a great deal of empathy.
She is ready to be a good president, not an egotistic smart ass, like some of the current contenders of the Republican Party.

Just a quick note

Hi readers
You will have noticed by now that the markets are around the same levels as they where before the retrograde.
We have had so much news out during that periods so get ready for the revisions to come next.
In South korea things are going so well that the government use the MERS virus to cut rates.
Sure things are becoming very serious now in South Korea, but to cut rates and tie it to the virus outbreak ! PLEASE.
COUNTRIES NEAR BY NEED TO BECAREFUL as serious number of people are leaving.
The western world has no idea of it at the present time but here in Asia believe me we are all very aware of it .

We have also seen many of the major banking institutions announce employment cuts.
Sure computers are taking over people's jobs but there is ment to be a boom going on in the markets around the world so why are we cost cutting?

Around the world we are seeing employment come down, are jobs really being created or are people just sick of applying for benefits.
Even here in Singapore people are no longer applying for assistance.
I think a little bit of a reality check is needed, government with there investment bankers can only pull the wool over people's eyes for so long until cracks begin to appear.

Here the drums are beating over foreign ownership of property, with the government about to make a major announcement.
It might only be singapore citizen ownership.
That would collapse the market here!
I have noticed also the drums in Australia have also started with the citizen ownership and negative gearing sounds.
Citizen ownership will burst the bubble back to the 1990 levels as there isn't enough buyers to take up the slack.
Where as the negative gearing would drop prices a good 50% overnight and then the government could sell the affordability play for the election.. First home buyer crap.
Australia's feel for the battlers..
That's why Australia still has a benefit system for as long as you want.
5 years, 10 or even generational.
Where as around the world it's for a small period of time to help you out while you get back on your feet.

OECD COMMENTS after euro explodes 2 days before. Got to love it

Hi readers

Emails are asking questions so here are some answers which some individuals won't approve of but its the facts.
Australian ASX is continuing to be liquidated by overseas funds.
While many believe the market is a transparent markets it's not.
Overseas have been liquidating portfolios and locals are not stepping up to take the slack.
Have the fundementals changed that much in a fortnight to freak out superfund managers.
If they where that eager to buy the market at the 5750-5800 area now is a bargin at the 5500 area.
So come to terms with reality markets around the world are not a level playing field.
That's why you have to be smart and understand the market your in.
The Australia economy has been living on credit for the last 4 years and time is running out.
Time has come to live within your means.

The OECD is lowering growth around the world and is now asking the fed not to raise rates?
Really it's the world that weak...LOL You now realise it ....
The U.S. needs to raise rates to reload for the next Stockmarket shake up.

Just so your all aware , none of the real reforms went through from Subprime collapse.
The investment banks are up to there eyeball in it again .
The only thing that changed for the public eyes was that they got out of there own hedgefunds.

To the property believers, the only reason property hasnt collapsed yet is in China a house on a 600square block near the city could fetch for around $10 million, so to buy land and a huge house near the city under $5 million is a bargain in Australia . But that's now about to end with the new government restriction coming in on Chinese lenders, money is no longer for free, for these activities

As for gold , I am not a believer of the gold story at all, it's just to park your money when there is inflation... At the present time there is the potential of deflation. So it's a dead commodity.
Your life doesn't depend on it like grains.
I had a look at the supply and demand levels and there at record highs.
There is way too much of it and sales of it are coming down, yet supply is just pumping out.
I haven't changed my view gold over $1000 is extremely expensive.

Half way through the Mercury retrograde.

Hi readers

Hope your ok with the Mercury retrograde motion presently.
Not too many confusions.
We see the US showing numbers of a slowdown in the economy.
While this is expected, there are serious fundamentals wrong with the economy.
So the question comes back to how can you justify the high valuations?
Even APPL is very overpriced!
All I can say is astrology does not lie.

We are seeing some tightening of money by the banks which I might say is now forced by them regulatory wise.
You still need insurance for everything under the sun ( life, house, loan, income) and you are only able to borrow I believe it's 80% of whatever you pay for the property.
I believe before it was a case of borrowing up to 95% of the prices, plus the insurance spaghetti, and signing over access to you super/401k.

Mid last week I went to a conference and meet up with some bankers from the UK and Australia in Singapore.
85-90% of the morgage holders only pay interest.
They don't have the capacity to pay the capital also.
The rude awakening is as of the 1st of July banks are going to reevaluate property and all holders will need to have the 20% equity in there properties.
This is due to regulation which has been force on them.
But here is the beauty, it needs to be done in an orderly fashion, without panic to the market.
How cool is that!!!
Does someone know something?    LOL

In regards to the market.
Only for the U.S. market at the present time.
2nd is a good down 1+% day
With the full moon on that day should be a bottom.
3rd,4th,5th are drift days to the up side slightly.
Until the new moon on the 15-16th depending where you live please trade small.
