Hi readers ...4pm Rhodes time
Yesterday trading was disappointing.
I got murdered by the ASX200 for 40 points.
Made a little on the DAX and HANG SENG and
Got clipped by the S&P and NAS.
As you can see not a happy camper.
Yet the negatives where there just to much excitement to enjoy the move up.
I'll lick my wounds till next week.
I saw the numbers coming out of the U.S. stocks on profit results and to be up front about it I don't believe them one bit. ....there all bullshit
Here are the facts people.
For profits to be believed in my book you have to pay at least 70% of those profits in dividends.
Not doing so is called American accounting.... English terminology FRAUD.
You might say why am I saying this!
In the last 20 years how much profit has JPM made?
Yet in 2008 they ran for bailout money...
Where did all those profits go? Shareholders?
Buy backs you might say ... Another load of crap!
Pay out only 44 cents dividend, yet bragging that you made 5.79 billion profit?
I will never believe American profit results until as I stated earlier..
Like they do in Australia profits are paid back to shareholders, not buy backs.
Buyback only boosts the governments tax on your gains.
Yes people that's something your not supposed to know.
Here banks are still shut, so like many you take a cruise to Italy to collect euros.
Business can't bank either and as a result things are becoming very concerning.
I read the funniest thing today on the ABC website.
The Australian treasure compared Greece to what might happen in Australia if they don't increase the revenue.
Seriously there must be something in the water in Canberra which is making the politician DUMB.
Greece is in the position it's in because the politicians where stealing the revenue for themselves.
From both political parties?
Word of advise learn to save, and stop promising to stay in government.
My advice to the government.
In America you can start to see who's the threat in the Republican party.
So there ganging up to push him out.....
Not a good move, Trump for now is going to stir the pot even more..
Once again the Republican party is handing over the election to the democrats.
Seriously people these guy are so dumb they don't realise what's going on.
