Don't expect monetary policy to spur growth.it only Spurs illusion

Hello readers...

Hope you all had a great Easter.
Down to business, with the Scorpio moon in difficult aspects expect a nice fall today on the U.S. market.
That's not to say that the German DAX won't follow , it will.

To the Australian readers, you really have to come to terms with what is as apposed to what's not.
Analysts get paid to spin crap to the public.
They all tend to play follow the leader, yet it was the leader today buying the hell out of the dollar while everyone was waiting for a rate cut.

People look outside the box, the RBA has already closed out its short position at the 75-76 level on the Australian dollar why would it cut rate, and risk sinking the currency.
Fundamentally the currency is about right , but economically the currency can go low.
With that said nothing more to add, start playing the players game, not the media's hype.

Thursday we should see a huge move up with very positive astrology.
So the best advice is trade the market don't be a lover of it.

Disclosure : I took a massive position short by my standards on FB at 81.69& 82.12.. Looking to close out either Tuesday or Wednesday morning.
In the index have a NDX short at 4336

it's all good

Hi readers

The time zone is really an issue for new readers but for those who have been past readers have it all down pat.

Yes markets look like collapsing after the numbers out of China and Japan, but those with the smart money knew what was ahead and have pick  index trades at bargin prices.. Please make sure your not carrying them into next week as potential gap downs can wipe out nice profits.

Those who trade the DAX please make sure you do book profits.
I'm not sure which markets will be open but it's a time of family so enjoying a few days with them soothes the soul.

Same with the ASX traders bank your profits today..

Those who are serious traders going short on the closes or near tops on Thursday will pay handsome next week.

 Comments.

Let's look past the fluff

Hi readers

The last couple if trading sessions have been nothing but fluff trading .
Market trading up on make believe volume.
Now is coming back down and the analysts have no words to explain what's going on..( you got to laugh sometimes, you really do.)

Ok so let's look forward.
Thursday the market should trade higher, there is a series of small aspects which will support a positive move up .
Friday markets are closed but on Saturday the lunar eclipse is very negative, lot of hype in the tech sector will seriously deflate.
The eclipse will hit the Nasdaq hard so might be a wise move to look at tech stocks not the Dow or the S&P.
Monday/ Tuesday we should gets some sort of word of potential disappointing sales which will hurt stocks.
Week later Apples watches go on sale.
You'll have all the geeks get into them, but I don't see people lining up for days for them.

Please note to those learning financial astrology the power of eclipses can last up to 6 months.
As noted previously, heavy planets are negative, so when lite planets are also negative you tend to see a true move.

So now we understand what China means to the world

Hi readers

China is going to spend money on roads and public works.
How cool is that, if you need it ! but do they..
If it was that important why not do it before?
The United States economy isn't firing as many want you to believe but of the five ugly sisters it's the decent looking one.

You'll notice that the countries who deal with China got a boost from that announcement but it will be short lived.
China has all intentions of using its own companies and resources to build not international as many are hoping.
Anyway enjoy the move up hopefully better prices to look to short.
In regards to the Australian market we saw a huge move up Friday followed by a huge move down on  Monday.
This is because many superfunds close there books at the last Friday of the quarter, not the last trading day of the month.
It's important the Australian traders know this because serious money can be made from this if nimble.

Comment...
To the American readers yes I have started looking at the next election and who can possibly beat Hilary. More when I finish.

In the currency markets the reason I'm not making any comment is because all banks are devaluing around the world.
It's as if it's a race to see who can do it first without any consideration of the implications of there actions.
Yes the U.S. will also get back in the race too soon.
If it was up to me banks should not be allowed to enter into the currency markets to trade, it's not there place.

Window dressing is on today

Hi readers

Today is what we call window dressing for the numbers.. Today is the last week of the quarter and most serious managers are looking after there own interests.
What tends to occur you put the selling aside and you let the market drift up.
Next week there is two days before the quarter finishes and some do use the last trading day also.
It's really gotten out of hand this quarterly reporting.
It should be the last trading day of the quarter not the last Friday of the month.
As I got told once upon a time money can change the goal posts to suit ones needs.
We saw the ASX gain 3% on nothing while the rest of the world was markets just drifted around.
Obviously there will be some good falls in coming weeks for that market.

Let's look forward with the lunar eclipse approaching we need to prepare for what's coming.
For the Bears out there entertaining moves are on the way, for the Bulls it's time to chill out in the stables, and for the Sharks there is some serious trading opportunities.

So interesting bull market

Hi readers

Disappointing day on my behalf, missed out on snaring a nice short on NFLX.
Missed out by a day but hopefully next week it might show some life and pop but doubt it.
In fact all stocks today came off a good 2%+ which is good for the Bears.

To the mother of all bull market people, it might happen but not for the next 20 months..
I think it's smart to just keep those views in check, and just trade what you see not what you believe will be.
Next week need to start preparing for the Lunar eclipse and its is going to be very damaging for those who don't heed warnings.

Metals and oil, the writing is on the wall soon 16 days, to the grains readers the flow on affects of a lower oil prices is seriously putting pressure on grain supply demand.
That's why we see beans under 1000 at present and corn hovering around 300 area.
Wheat at the present time also isn't doing much but the lunar eclipse will affect what's going on at the present time.
Supply will begin to slow while prices will push higher.
In the currency market at the present time don't know what to make of it, so I think it's best to just stay out of that market.

Many have asked about the Twitter account trading please note I have no intentions of hand holding anyone in trading.
I will just post what I do for all to see and then at the end of months or quarters display the account.
Not going to justify trades or reasons for trading so please note that.
Yes will trade world markets...

Cheers all

So does the market understands growth?

Hi readers

Yesterday some very important numbers came out which markets have dismissed.
China's PMI was the lowest in almost a year.
That's after the stimulus of cuts in rates and government subsides.
There isn't much more government can do.
As I said before when so few have so much growth will never expand, same as what's happening in Europe and what's happening in the US.
While the U.S. seems to be growing, what is it producing which in can export to the world other than crops, or drugs.
You must understand finance has never created export dollars for a nation.
Therefore the U.S. at present is in illusionary mode, but this mode is for a while.
Australia,Germany and the U.S. in particular will be seriously affected by a Chinese slow down.

The only primitive thing left for the Chinese to do now is as everyone else does, devalue, which is an illusionary vision not a long term vision.

Nice pop today by NFLX which wasn't unexpected , hopefully tomorrow the stock hit the $450 area and we can then take positions.

I have done the astrology for TWTR and the news isn't good..
I strongly urge all who own it to liquidate, there is fraud going on in there and it's been hidden by smart accounting. It will come to light in due coarse, don't freak out when it's exposed, as stock will collapse so please use caution.
Yes I'm short this stock at the present time from $38+ and intend to hold and maybe increase at the right time.
